Join the Environmental Professionals Forum for our careers night to have the opportunity to interact and learn from outstanding leaders in the sustainability and environmental space. Our panel of career experts will offer advice, tips and tricks on how to meet your career goals in this ever changing and challenging space.

We have an amazing group of speakers, including:

Olivia Tyler - in-house sustainability expert

Olivia is a highly motivated, engaging and commercially astute corporate sustainability and responsible supply chain leader with 18 years experience across the manufacturing, consumer goods, retail and financial services sectors.

She thrives in a dynamic and driven environment where she is charged with leading teams through change accelerating the integration of sustainable decision making into day-to-day operations and the mind of the customer.She holds Bachelors of Science and Environmental Engineering, and an MBA from Melbourne Business School and has experience in leading and participating in a range of external advisory and board committees. She is a TED Speaker, and regularly participates in a variety of external speaking forums.Her multi-sector experience across a range of geographies including Australia, the UK, US, and Europe provide her with unique insights and a proven track record of high performance and sustainable change.

Rachael McLennan - Executive Director and Co-founder, People for Purpose

Rachael McLennan has consulted to many organisations across the for-purpose and commercial sectors including Greenpeace, Paul Ramsay Foundation, Telstra, Social Ventures Australia, Cure Brain Cancer, Myer Family Company, State Street, The Butterfly Foundation, Westmead Medical Research Foundation and Milk Crate Theatre.

Prior to People for Purpose, Rachael was founding CEO of Australian Philanthropic Services (APS), an organisation also connecting people to the sector through philanthropy. Working closely with the high profile APS board and the boards of 50 philanthropic foundations, she gained key insights about leadership and functional boards.

Inspired by people around her, including her mother who was raised by the Salvation Army, Rachael made a deliberate move from the corporate to the not-for-profit sector in 2004.

Richard Evans - Managing Director, Talent Nation

Richard Evans is the Managing Director of Talent Nation; Australia’s leading recruitment firm specialising in Environment and Sustainability. With over 20 years of Executive Recruitment experience Richard established Talent Nation in 2012 to create a purpose driven recruitment business built on the foundation of purpose driven people.

As a founding BCorp, and signatory to the UNGC, Talent Nation walk the talk with regard to living the values of their impact driven client and candidate base.
